So welcome to the first Blog for the Smooth Knobblies! We've been trundling around Cape Town for over 4 years now - and figured it would be a good time to launch ourselves into cyberspace (about a decade behind - but whose counting?). Seriously, if you're following this and you're not a member of the Sknobs, then you are either a very keen cyclist or possess some strange voyeuristic trait! Does anyone have time to read about a group of 20 or so cycling buddies and all the crap that they get up to? Its mostly going to be self-absorbing content about our rides in and around Cape Town; the banter and private jokes that we create and share; and the talk that makes us a small community within the larger cycling family.
